HOW WILL THE GALA WORK?

  • Tickets: Each ticket comes with one full gourmet meal as designed and prepared by our celebrity chefs and a bottle of red and white wine. While we would love to accommodate all your last-minute requests, it will be difficult for us to make any last-minute adjustments on ticketing. Please plan your evening accordingly.

  • Food Delivery: We are doing everything to make this as simple as possible. The entire package for your evening's experience including food, 2 bottles of wine (a red wine bottle and white wine bottle), and instructions will be safely delivered to your doorstep on March 5th. Meal delivery will be included to those within a 1-hour drive from Santa Clara County (including SF). You should plan to take a little time before the event begins to heat up the food so that you and your loved ones can enjoy a lovely warm meal during the program. Note: An adult 21 or over will need to be present to accept the package, as there will be wine included.

  • Online Silent Auction: We will open up the online auction at the link above until 5 pm, March 6th when it will close. You will be able to bid, explore and pay for everything online. Our staff will directly coordinate with you on the pickup/delivery of the silent auction items you win.

  • Attending the Virtual Gala: You will receive a link via email to open up the Gala webcast page. Our broadcast will begin at 6 pm on March 5th. Instructions on logging in will be shared closer to the event date.

    • Please note that you will not be on video, so you can enjoy your meal and the program at the same time. Our platform will also allow you to interact with our hosts via a chat portal, however, you will not be seen on video. Guests will also be able to make pledges online during the Live Pledge section of the evening. We will share more details and clear instructions to ensure you can enjoy your experience to the fullest. We encourage you to dress up and take pictures with your friends and to be included in our post-event gallery
